By downloading, creating an account on, or using the Askeo app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Askeo is a mobile app offering nutrition tracking, training planning and AI-assisted coaching. It includes food analysis from photos, barcode scanning, calorie and macro tracking, training programme creation and progress tracking.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. Askeo does not create weight or calorie targets for users under 18. You are responsible for declaring your age accurately.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. You may not use someone else's account or transfer your own. The accuracy of the height, weight and health information you enter is your responsibility; incorrect data produces incorrect targets.
For consumers resident in Türkiye: the 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts ends, for digital content supplied immediately, upon your approval.
The only thing that is limited is AI convenience: food analysis from photos and messages to the AI coach. Entering meals manually, barcode scanning, water, weight and training tracking, history, charts and rule-based coaching are available in the free version indefinitely.
The current numbers are stated on the purchase screen and on the usage indicator inside the app; they are not repeated here so that the two cannot drift apart. Limits may be changed with prior notice for the sustainability of the service and to prevent abuse.

The photos you upload and the data you enter belong to you. You grant us the right to process that content so we can provide the service to you (to analyse it, store it and show it back to you). This right is limited to providing the service; we do not use your content for marketing.
Content you share using the social features can be seen by other users according to your sharing setting. You are responsible for what you share.
Food analyses, suggestions and answers produced by AI may be incorrect or incomplete. Portion and calorie estimates made from photos are approximate values. You need to evaluate the information given using your own judgement. Changes to your goals are always put to you for approval.
We aim to provide the service without interruption, but temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. We reserve the right to change, add or remove features. If we permanently remove a paid feature, we will inform you.
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or health outcomes arising from use of the app. This limitation does not affect your rights under consumer legislation, nor cases of intent or gross negligence.
In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). If you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Gaziantep have jurisdiction. As a consumer, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts at your place of residence is reserved.
We may change these terms. You will be informed in the app of material changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
