Delete your Askeo account
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. For security, you must sign in again to your account.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Data and account management → ACCOUNT → Delete Account, then confirm.
- On this page: enter the email and password of the Askeo account, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the confirmation field and press the red button above.
- By email: write to kvkk@askeoapp.com from the address the account uses. We answer within 30 days.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no trash bin: once the request completes, the account is gone.
What is deleted
Everything below is erased permanently when the account is deleted:

Meal photos are never stored on our servers at all: a photo is sent for analysis and discarded when the analysis returns. Only the result — food name, calories, macros — is saved to the account, and that result is deleted with it.
What is kept, and for how long

Neither of the first two identifies the person the account belonged to.
